What are f-gasses?
Simply put, F-gasses aren't good for the environment. Otherwise known as fluorinated gases, they include HCFCs, HFCs and CFCs and are often used in refrigerated applications and equipment, including air conditioning. Your obligations, and how we can help you meet them
We all have a moral obligation to protect the planet wherever possible. But as the owner of equipment that uses and contains HFCs, according to legislation, you should:
- Use qualified, specialist and appropriately trained contractors to repair, maintain, dispose of and service refrigerant and equipment.

- Use any and all measures to help prevent refrigerant leaks.
As part of our regular servicing, we will check for any leaks and advise on any repairs that need to be carried out on the equipment. - Repair leaks as soon as they have been detected.
As part of our regular servicing, once a leak has been detected we will advise you that a repair is required, and in many cases, we can carry out the repair there and then. Where we rely on additional parts, we will source the part from our pool of suppliers and fit it as quickly as possible.
